ENTERNOVATE (PTY) LTD is a company registered in South Africa. Its registration number is 2025/911173/07. Its registered office is at 940 Justice Mohammed Street, Brooklyn, Pretoria, Gauteng, 0181. We are the responsible party for the personal information we process under the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013 (POPIA).
We collect only the information we need to respond to you and to deliver our services. We collect contact details: name, email, phone, and company. We collect correspondence content. We collect service usage information where applicable. We collect billing information for invoicing. We do not collect more than the purpose needs.
We collect information to respond to enquiries. We use it to provide quotes and services. We use it to invoice and to administer accounts. We use it to meet legal and tax obligations (SARS, CIPC). We use it to comply with procurement requirements (CSD, B-BBEE). We use it to improve our services. We process information lawfully and for defined, legitimate purposes only.
We never sell personal information. We share it with our service providers who process data for us under contract. These providers include hosting, email, and payment providers. See our Trust Center for the sub-processor list. We share information with authorities where the law requires it. Any third party that receives your information must comply with POPIA.
We apply technical and organisational measures to protect your information. We encrypt data in transit and at rest. We apply access controls. We use the same security discipline that we sell to clients. Our open-source tools send no telemetry. Your data stays on your machine.
We keep records only as long as the law requires. For example, SARS requires five years of financial records. We also keep records only as long as the purpose needs them. Then we delete or de-identify them.
Under POPIA and GDPR, you may request access to your information. You may ask for correction. You may request deletion. You may object to processing. You may lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (South Africa) at complaints.IR@justice.gov.za. Email us. We will respond within the statutory period.
